What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every new Lectric eBike comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers all significant components against manufacturing defects.
